At times, I really thought I will never make it but because of all the encouragement and help I received from family, friends and publisher, I pressed on. There are times when I had to hunt for the best ingredients from several places and come home to prepare and cook the dish. It doesn’t end there because the dish has to be styled and photographed, then selected and edited for final output. It is a super long process just to have a recipe done.
I believe all the cookbook authors out there can related to what I am trying to say but nevertheless this has been an amazing learning curve for me and has made me more resilient.
One of my favourites, from this book is the ‘Spicy crunchy braised cuttlefish’.
