This is a flavorful dish. It can be pan-fried or even placed on the BBQ. Sweet, salty, crispy and amazingly tender wings. This dish can really increase one’s appetite not to mention the waistline.

12 organic chicken wings (cut into 2)
3 Tbsp oyster sauce
3 Tbsp raw sugar
1 lemon
olive oil
sea salt and pepper

(serves 4 with side dishes)

  1. Rinse chicken wings, pat dry with disposable kitchen towels.
  2. Marinate with oyster sauce for 30 minutes.
  3. Heat up olive oil in a large non-stick frying pan. Throw in the chicken wings and toss around them a bit, making sure all sides are properly browned. This will take approximately 10 – 15 minutes depending on the size of the wings.
  4. At the end of the cooking process, sprinkle in raw sugar, stirring the wings consistently to coat them evenly with melting sugar.
  5. Squeeze in the juice of a lemon and throw in a pinch of sea salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Feel free to serve these lovely wings with french fries or fresh salad or even a bowl of steaming Basmathi rice.
