Roast Turkey with Port Wine Finishing Sauce and Sausage Stuffings

Received a Williams-Sonoma Port Wine Finishing Sauce from my husband from his trip sometime ago. Have been saving it for a special occasion to give it a try. Roast turkey happens to be a lovely idea at this moment and now I can’t wait to share this delicious recipe with you. Have a go at it, this Christmas season, roast a turkey and be proud of it!
Whole Grain Mustard Pork Ribs

Ah yes, it has been too long since I last sat down and clicked away on my keyboard. Some have asked if I was alright and some insisted on the next dish please. Thank you for all your interesting ways of encouragement so that I continue doing what I enjoy most. I have not stop cooking or experimenting with food altogether but have been carefully looking into some future plans for family and career.
Anchovies Lamb Ribs

I was experimenting with marination when I suddenly got a brilliant idea. Why not marinade some meat with a can of anchovies? Thus the ‘Anchovies Lamb Ribs’ was born. The anchovies actually give the roast lamb ribs a lot of depth in taste and also in aroma. I seriously feel that this is going to be one of my signature dishes. You see, I have been secretly rating my own recipes and I am really proud of this one. So, better try it and you shall not regret.
Christmas Shoulder Pork Roast

This year 2007 is ear-marked as the most memorable Christmas dinner I have ever had. Truly not because this is the best roast I have ever made but this was my last wonderful meal I had before I gave birth to my son.
Roasted Soft Pork Ribs

For this recipe, I used ‘soft pork ribs’ otherwise known as ‘baby pork ribs’. This is the part where the white colored ribs can been seen connected to the normal rack ribs. I find this part more tender and moist compared to the normal rack ribs, not to mention I can’t resist chewing on the soft bones. Anyway, in order to get a tender roast, marinate the ribs overnight with the juice of 1 fresh lemon.
Time to Celebrate!

Had a perfect reason to celebrate and has to be a tasty juicy roast, I’m starved of red meat lately. Rosemary Roast Leg of Lamb with potatoes, blanche broccoli and crispy curly greens seems to fit the profile just right.
